

The Ask
WONU partnered with Fendi to design and deliver a year-long rotation of pop-ups. Each activation transformed the space to spotlight key collaborations and capsules while expanding into New York with the Baguette 25th Anniversary. The series culminated with the FENDACE Pop-Up launched in LA and a simultaneous NYC SoHo location.

The Approach
The strategy used limited-edition drops as bold creative expressions, building anticipation, driving consistent sell-through, and reinforcing Fendi’s presence as a leader in luxury innovation.
The impact delivered strong commercial performance, cementing Rodeo Drive and New York pop-ups as flagship stages for Fendi’s most sought-after collections.
