Pioneer is a “Beacon,” a rising, illuminating light that reflects the summit’s purpose: bringing together leaders shaping the AI economy. For the second annual summit, WONU led design, procurement, and operations to create a space where today’s tech innovators could connect, exchange ideas, and help shape the future.

Results
Across interior, spatial, and graphic design, and end-to-end operations for Fin’s second annual Pioneer Summit, we translated the brand’s vision into a fully realized, one-day experience across multi-floors in a historic ballroom. WONU oversaw every touchpoint, from partner design integration and vendor management to F&B and guest flow, bringing the entire experience together through one cohesive execution.
