

The Ask
Tools For Humanity asked us to take our previous activation toolkit and advantage of the busy holiday season. The goal was to create a holiday version of a previous activation model, with newly incorporated seasonal interactive elements to bring the holiday street traffic inward.



The Approach
The entirety of the flagship space was transformed to be taken over with the “Santa’s No Bot Shop” spirit in mind, a holiday themed immersive space highlighting brand logos and key messaging through informational copy.

The Results
- Two-day activation delivered 1.4× day-over-day growth on Day 2, demonstrating strong momentum and increasing foot traffic
- Highest-engagement touchpoints signaled strong brand interest, driving sustained participation across both days
- 67% of available product claimed on Day 1, reflecting immediate demand and conversion
- Seasonal interactive stations maintained consistent engagement, supporting dwell time and cross-station flow throughout the weekend
