

The Ask
fresh came to us with a clear brief - build excitement around their latest product launch and elevate their brand storytelling/ consumer experience. Through two events across NYC and LA, we created an immersive dinner experience that took guests on a transformative journey.


The Approach
Split across two cities, we created two distinct yet cohesive dinners.
NYC - With multiple touch points within the space, we transformed the venue through evolving light, sound, and scenic installations - guiding guests through each phase of the experience. Through 270° motion animations and paired soundscape, we transported guests over the course of the night – from volcanic landscape to lush oasis.
LA - An existing Michelin star restaurant with an interior design that paired with the hero product's nature-leaning elements, we focused on the customized, transformative menu for an exclusive one-night-only takeover.
Both events were inclusive of a customized dinner service, with hero product ingredients integrated into the menu and an edible tablescape to satiate guests while providing an interactive hand massage with the product.

Strong guest sentiment—both IRL and online.
- Both events surpassed attendance goals, with +11% for NYC and +2% in LA.
- Combined social reach exceeded expectations, with NYC generating 5.75M impressions (KPI goal) and LA outperforming at 7.93M impressions (+58% above KPI).
